“E SI’ ARRIVATA PURE TU” (INRI\ Metatron Publishing), the original song from Paolo Sorrentino’s new film, “PARTHENOPE”, written by the musician and singer-songwriter VALERIO PICCOLO, produced by Pino Pecorelli, will be released digitally on Friday September 27th in two different versions: piano and strings, and just guitar, and it anticipates the artist’s upcoming new album.
“E SI’ ARRIVATA PURE TU”, marks the beginning of the collaboration between Valerio Piccolo and independent music publisher Metatron Publishing, for a fusion of ideas, visions and projects that have the passion for Cinema as their common denominator. The song talks about a return to the origins, both linguistic and metaphorical, after a journey through different languages of the world. «This song is the genesis of the album. The first one to come out, the incipit of everything. It’s the song that pushed me to talk about myself, rather than telling other people’s stories. And it dictated the line of the entire album, certainly the most intimate of mine – declares Valerio Piccolo – It is no coincidence that it is a song in Neapolitan, my first one in this language. I crearly went to the bottom of my inspiration to start everything, and I found my language of origin.
